Adult Therapy
If you’re a young adult struggling with anxiety, trauma, panic, grief, or relationship issues, I can help. While most of my clients are children or teens, I am passionate about supporting young adults, too. Many of the challenges we face in our 20s and 30s—navigating big life transitions or hitting walls in our relationships—have roots that go back much further. My background as a children’s therapist gives me a unique vantage point: I don't just talk about attachment styles and family-of-origin dynamics; I’ve seen them in motion. By understanding how these foundations were built, we can work together to reshape them, helping you find a path to healing that feels authentic to who you are today.
I'm also passionate about supporting young adults who are sexual assault survivors. If this is part of your story, know that you are not alone, and this does not define you. There is a future where you can reclaim your strength and rewire your brain to cope with the trauma reminders you regularly face.
“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it." -Brené Brown
